You will be asked to fill a form with the details of your ailment and concerns prior to the session.
You may choose a treatment session to take place in person, distantly via zoom or even while you are asleep.
During a distant session, please keep your arms and legs uncrossed, body relaxed & comfortable through the session.
Practice deep abdominal breathing.
You may bless the Earth, your loved ones and your surroundings. It is highly recommended to practice the Meditation on Twin Hearts during a treatment session.

Pranic Healing is progressive, which means, long after your actual session, your energy body continues to heal.
Here are some tips to help you enhance your body’s natural ability to heal:
Do not shower or wash the affected part for a minimum of 12 hours post-treatment. 24 hours for more severe cases.
Drink plenty of water. Avoid Alcohol.
Eat healthy. Avoid Pork.
Avoid Tobacco and recreational drugs.
Avoid anger and frustration. Stay calm and balanced.
Project loving kindness towards everyone.
Avoid being critical in thoughts and words.
Avoid close physical contact such as hugging other people.
